Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for local businesses that handle:

• Water extraction and structural drying
• Flooded basement and lower-level cleanup
• Storm and burst-pipe water damage
• Moisture checks and damage documentation

You should serve homeowners in or near Texas, and be ready to take calls from people who may be stressed and short on time.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us to slow down and ask better questions. We expect providers to match that spirit. That means:

• Holding the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Explaining your process in plain words
• Giving written quotes before work starts
• Being honest about timing and availability
• Never pressuring someone to sign on the spot

We do not accept claims we cannot stand behind, so please do not promise results you cannot control.
